On this portal you will find FAQs, a place to ask your questions and three separate sections for your inquiries: General, Account, and Support Inquiries for your platforms.
As oppose to many companies that use email for their support, we have deployed a solution that will allow us to see “Open Tickets”so no request, question or inquiry will go unanswered.
The different divisons will be able to respond to customers requests in a timely fashion
